History of the Instrument
Howard Green initially trained as a professional cellist and has been making bows inspired by Sartory and Lamy since 1992. From his workshop, located in Fife, Scotland, Green has become renowned worldwide by professional musicians for producing bows of exceptional quality and playability. His bows can be found in the cases of Itzhak Perlman, Cho-Liang Lin, Rodney Friend, Randall Goosby, Erno Kallai, Illya Gringolts, amongst others.
